Refund Policy — Zeals Solutions

At Zeals Solutions, our goal is to provide high-quality digital products and services.

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Work has not commenced after payment.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.
  • We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal issues.

2. Non-refundable Payments

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • Work has already started.
  • Delays are caused by the client's late feedback, failure to deliver materials, or unresponsiveness.
  • The client changes their mind after work has begun.
  • Services such as domain registration, hosting purchases, third-party subscriptions, licenses, or templates have already been paid for.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used.
  • Refund amount may exclude transaction fees.

4. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled halfway:

  • Client is billed for work completed up to that point.
  • Any partial deliveries remain the intellectual property of Zeals Solutions until fully paid for.
