1. Use of Our Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or reverse-engineer any part of our products.
• Content, code, and designs produced by Zeals Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred under a signed agreement.

2. Project Engagement

• A project officially starts after payment confirmation.
• Project timelines depend on client feedback, requirements, and revisions.
• Required materials (content, images, branding assets) must be supplied by the client on time.

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made upfront or as agreed in a milestone contract.
• Prices quoted are exclusive of third-party tools, domains, hosting, and subscriptions unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions

• Each package includes a defined number of revisions.
• Additional revisions come at an extra cost.

5. Intellectual Property

• Completed and fully-paid projects transfer ownership to the client.
• Zeals Solutions may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Damages caused by third-party platforms
• Hosting or server downtime
• Content or materials provided by the client

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services if:

• Payment is overdue
• The client violates any of these terms
• Abuse or harassment occurs toward our team

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.
